• When you have completed your order, we will email you a draft of your label for you to proof.
• Once the draft has been confirmed we will then process the order.

• Your item(s) will go straight into production after ordering
• Therefore, please ensure all personalisation details are correct when ordering

• For personalised bottles your order will be sent after the draft design has been confirmed.
• Delivery is sent via courier, so after the order has been confirmed and processed delivery should take 1-2 days.
• Please let us know if you need the item by a certain date
